Keeping Families Together
We help children stay with their families by supporting parents and caregivers through times of crisis. When families face poverty, illness, family violence, or discrimination, children can be at risk of separation, not because they are unloved, but because families lack the support they need to keep children safe and healthy.
Through this program, we support over 6,000 children each year, helping families stay together and children grow up with safety, stability, and belonging.
How We Do This
Family Stability & Livelihoods
We support caregivers through microfinance and small business grants, helping families build stable incomes and meet basic needs so children can remain safely at home.
Health, Nutrition & Disability Support
We provide life-saving formula feeding for orphaned and abandoned infants who cannot be breastfed, allowing babies to remain safely with relatives or caregivers in the community. We also support malnourished children with medical care, therapeutic nutrition, and supplements, and help children and caregivers access essential medical, disability, and surgical care, including support for those living with HIV.
Protection, Parenting & Legal Support
We support families through parenting guidance, child protection training, and access to legal aid when families face violence, abuse, or legal barriers that put children at risk.
Education Support
We help children remain in school by supporting education costs so financial hardship or crisis does not force families apart.
Why This Matters
When families receive timely, practical support, children are safer and more likely to remain with the people who love them. Keeping families together protects children, strengthens caregivers, and builds long-term stability for families and communities.
This is how we help ensure that no child grows up alone.
