Henry’s Story

Henry was 12-year-old when his family became homeless. His single mother soon ran out of food, and school fees for Henry and his four brothers and sister. With no family turn to, Henry and his siblings were at-risk of being placed in an orphange. Luckily, Henry’s mother came to us for help. With your support, we provided emergency housing, food and a business grant. Today, Henry’s mom supports him through a village shop, garden and baking business. She rents an apartment, and is able to provide basic necessitesto Henry and his siblings. With the help child sponsorship, Henry and all his siblings are going to school.

With support, Henry and his siblings were kept out of an orphanage, and growing up in a loving family.
